Spring Cleanup
Before:
This photo was taken on February 3rd, 2012.
This is a property we performed a full cleanup prior to ending the 2011 season. Notice the debris and leaves that have since fallen (or blown from neighbors' properties) in the short winter months. In order to achieve the maximum growth and appeal this spring, a spring cleanup is absolutely necessary.
You may think that after picking up a few of the larger branches, that a simple lawn mowing will chop up the remaining leaves and everything will be ready for growth in April.
Take a look below and see everything that remained hidden between the grass that will deter new grass growth and eventually damage your lawn!

During:
This is a pile of debris that we have pulled from the grass and small landscape bed in the front yard only. Each piece of debris stuck in the grass takes up space for new grass to germinate!
After: Which picture do you think will provide the best growing conditions?
The lawn is now clean, soil has been exposed, and once the weather warms up grass will thrive on the space it now has to naturally grow, spread, and germinate new seeds on its own.
